Hi. I trying to write a program that can pick up flashing gif as a mesage code. i have used this circuit chart on my BS2 BOE (board of educatin). and i have my sourscode attatched with it, can anyone help me develope this source code futher?

Timex had a data watch that used the same principle if that's of any use to you?
