How do you measure negative voltage with the 8bit A/D Converter?
The 8bit converter that parallax sells/includes in their kits have an input range of 0-5V. I been wondering how to measure both positive and negative voltage with this little chip. For example -2.5 to +2.5 volts.
Is there a way to offset the voltage to get to a 0-5V range? I been searching on the net for at least 2+ hrs and haven't got any clue to how to do this. Please Help!
Also what is the purpose of the Vref pin?
