Using a Basic Stamp with the DB-Expander ( TAOS) need to know about the G and H

Hi,
I am reading the PDF:
DB-Expander Daughterboard-to-SIP ( #28325) = **
My problem is that the example rutines are using the G and the H
positions but at the PDF ** (page 3) the G and the H
is written the word "None"
I would like to know what is the H position and the G position
because G and H have been used in some rutines.
If you try to use the DB expander you will need to know about
the G ang H positions.
I need this information becuase I need to use the DB-Expander
Thanks, Joe

If you're using the DB-Expander with the TCS230-DB (TAOS color sensor), pins G and H are no-connects. Can you tell me which TCS230-DB routines seem to use these two pins?

You make a good point about the schematics. However, it's difficult to know how to label the pins, since it depends on what a given daughterboard is plugged into. Pin A on the DB-Expander could be pin A0 in MoBoStamp socket "A" or B0 in MoBoStamp socket "B". So, instead, I've elected to leave out the pin labels, which would only add to the confusion, and identify the connections by their signal names, which can be found elsewhere in the schematics. The purpose of the charts in the various docs is to tie the daughterboard signal names to whatever pin refs are appropriate for the device it's plugged into.
Clearer? Maybe not. I still have to refer to the charts myself. But that's why they're there.

Thanks , the rutine is attached
and I can't find the solution.
Of course I can read the word NONE but then, why
"G" and "H" have been used ?
( Please see the BS2 rutine attached)
I apreciate your help.
Thanks: Joe

Here's a program for you to try in lieu of the one you're using...

Can you send me the schematic and wiring diagram for the DB Expander with the Basic Stamp or maybe a link to a site.
