Are standard filenames with "." character allowed? I can't seem to get mine to work.

    filename like a.b.bs2 is fine.
    Works in my case.

    So you are saying {$STAMP BS2p,·a.b} will work okay.
    I'll give it another try.

    OK I figured it out.
    With a "." imbeded in the file name you also need the ".bsp" extension.
    Without a "." imbeded you can leave off the extention.
