Propeller Powered Propeller

For the Air Powered SX envisioned earlier, I have decided to use the Propeller processor instead.
Here are the drawings as promised.
Any suggestions on how to make it look better, more efficient or cheaper to manufacture will be appreciated.
Twisted Pair,
I hope these drawings give you a better idea now of what we need, of course subject to change according
your recommendations as well.
The box should preferably be transparent or partially transparent, like iMac.
We need the box to be as small as possible and preferably with rounded edges so that it wouldn't look too ugly.
We are serious in commercializing this project.
Thanks.

Excellent job regarding the drawings. However, I have a few suggestions and questions about the internal dimensions of the components used. For Proprietary reasons, I would ask that you Email me from now on with your ideas and drawings etc. This will protect both you and I regarding all the future work that needs to be done. After all is said and done, you may wish to post your completed project to the forums so that others might enjoy it as well. If you will, Email me the drawings above, in JPEG format. This will allow me to pull them up in my Cad software for manipulation. Here is my Email Address....

The TIFF drawings posted can easily be converted to JPEG using any graphics editor like WindowsPaint or GIMP.
I am not satisfied with the current bracket design, b'cos it requires screwing to the air-cond. (It may void the warranty of the aircond)
I will email you some new ideas on a plastic bracket on Monday.
Thanks.

I converted the file format and got the drawings. A clip on bracket would be a much better solution but it would require that the ac unit had some kind of grate or open area to attach to....
