Our Toddler needs help

Our Toddler, upon completion, does not respond when hooked up to the computer.· When the servos were centered originally, there was no problem.· However, when they are given commands now, the servos sound like they are trying to work but just can't do it.· The batteries have been replaced and any resistance on the servos has been taken off.· This way we know the problem is not overtightening.· Please help, we just want our baby boy to be able to come home.

    Can you attach a picture so that we can see the top of your Toddler board?

    It looks like your servo connectors are backwards.· The ground (black) wire should be on the outside of the board.· You'll notice that just above the 3-pin header it is labeled "B R 13" (Black, Red, I/O pin).

    are those yellow jumpers required ???
