I'm sure a more detailed description of the exact problem you are having will be helpful in resolving your problem.

Parallax Tech Support
I've had similar problems both with Windows 98SE and now with Windows XP. In both cases Internet Explorer 6.x was the browser being used. What would happen in my case is that I would punch-up the Forum Control Panel, then I could wait up to 15 minutes for a response, and the actual Control Panel web page. My circumvention was to punch it up right before lunch or dinner, and then come back when I was done <sigh>.
When I posed this problem, the thought then too was "it's a browser problem". I installed Opera, and magically the problem went away which lifted the burden from dotNetBB UNFORTUNATELY.
Let me say forthwith I am NO FAN of Microsoft or their products, but it seems to me that if a problem is being experienced by users of any current Microsoft product, and the problem can not be diagnosed and remedied locally, then both Microsoft and dotNetBB ought to have a crack at it.
Just to be very clear here (since I also used to be in technical support), I DO NOT expect Parallax or any one other than those mentioned above to be responsible for problems which occurred BASED on the browser one is using. Indeed, Jim spent a fair of time trying to seek out an appropriate solution, but that was due to his own constant and usual diligence, and not any responsibility that was his to bear!
Since it obviously happens with only some Internet Explorer users, I just wonder if it isn't an errant Microsoft "fix"? I suppose there is really no easy way to determine that unfortunately.
I hope you find a better solution than I did - using Control Panel only over eating periods.
