resistance measurement and adjustment

Which Basic Stamp would work the best at measuring two temperature resistance sensors and then
outputing two modified resistances based on a table or lookup ( i.e. if the temps are within 104F and
106F change to resistance for 104F unless temp reaches 107F resistance). Normally the
resistance would be a passthru - output equals input.

At this point I dont know how much current it sinks.

thx

The Stamp can't do that effectively without external hardware. Are these RTDs or thermistors? In either case, I think an ADC with pretty good resolution will be needed to read the voltage across the sensor. Then on the output side, things like digital pots usually do not have enough resolution. Is the sensor part of an existing measurement circuit? It might be possible to tap into the voltage signal provided by that circuit and modify its output by adding strategic amounts of parallel resistance switched in by the Stamp.
