Interleaved Character Windows App

I just wrote a little Windows app this morning to generate data for user defined characters, like the ones in the Propeller's ROM.· I.e., 2-color, interleaved 16x32 characters.

Oh, and because it's tricky to use them the first time, I've include the sample VGA SPIN code to show some user characters...
