Need help w/ PWMPAL

A few years ago I bought a PWMPAL - it looked like something I could use. I threw it in my box of stamp stuff and kinda forgot about it. Fast forward to today... I would like to incorporate it into a ne robot I am working on. The bot will have 4 servos (1 for each wheel). Can someone please get me started?
