Posting long list of stuff using {URL} tags

OK, this is WEIRD.
I tried to take humanoido's list and edited it into clickable [noparse][[/noparse]_u_r_l_] tagged links. BUT, when I added them to my original post here, the BBS quite respecting the URL tag (and displayed it) but did NOT display the /URL tags, and the link was not clickable. It worked for a bunch, and then stopped. I had to break the post into three to get them all up. This is a bug in the board (I suspect anything related to DotNet) since I pasted the SAME source and it works in short posts. But what is REALLY weird, is that the SIGNATURE works at the end, but the rest of the text does not... Should be REAL easy to reproduce.
