I was going to polish this up a bit and wait till I was finished with it, but hey.. someone may find it useful.
It's nothing new, and been done before.. but I got sick of dicking around with the built-in sigma delta on breadboard at 80Mhz
Oh, the code is horrible too.. but for 10 minutes work you'd expect that..
