Why can i not update the new firmware· for the Pink by myself !!

I don't know if you can or can't, but if you need features available in the new firmware just send me your PINK module and we'll do an exchange for you.

As i'm resident in the UK the cost of sending the pink back to parallax plus the import duty i'd have to pay on return would make an update prohibitive

As we cannot update through a download on the website

·I wondered if one of your authorised distributors in the UK could update the pink?

Please read the following thread for information on PINK Firmware updates.· As with the firmware to the BASIC Stamps, the PINK Firmware is not available as a download.· There is significant development time on the new features and while the upgrade is free, you will need to go through Tech Support for the upgrade and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.· I'm not sure about Ken's offer to the OP but we do need to issue and RMA to have the upgrade done on any PINK Module.
