Are you using a Pink module?

When I ordered the module I thought I was getting a pink lady module, but I got a SB70 board.· I am looking for some sample code to send serial strings to another IP address.

Where did you order it from?· We sell the Pink Module, not the Pink Lady.

I recommend contacting Net Burner for this project.· Their device is different from ours.

I found the package it came in.· The outside of the package says Pink(Parallax Internet Netburner Kit).· Should I return this unit?

    Gentlemen,

Let’s try to get on the same page as I feel there may be some confusion and misunderstanding here. The difference between an SB70 from NetBurner and a PINK Module from Parallax is the firmware. The PINK is an SB70 pre-loaded with out firmware. You will know if you have a PINK Module as when you go to the configuration or factory web pages you will see the Parallax Logo. If you have that then you have a PINK Module and our documentation and code applies.

Some time ago in another thread the OP was asked to clarify if the module was a PINK or blank SB70 with no response. This thread is asking for code help while the other thread indicated the unit was not working. I am assuming this thread indicates this module is working and is probably a PINK Module but until we have clarification we can’t do much more.
