the 1600x1200 and 1200 x 800 vga object,are really nice
but a bit complicated...

i just need to assign a arbitrary solid color to a button,
as fore or back-ground, possible in the form 0xRRGGBB

how to succeed· ?

The vga tile drivers use one 32-bit long, which specifies 4 colors, to draw the button box.
You can use my web applet to make a new color value:
