Minimal Stamp

Hi-
I know this keeps coming up, but I can't find any of the other threads that have it. What are the minimum parts to create a functioning stamp? (minus the brownout, what else can I shave off)
Looking to put a BS2P40 SMD on a board with some other stuff...
