Where to buy an ARM Development board??

I am taking this class that uses the ARM 7. I've been searching around for a development board for it. However, i cannot find any websites that sells them. Do you guys know any site that sell development board for the arm 7 in a kit that includes everything i need to program the ARM 7?? please help me out. Thanks!!

    www.futurlec.com is worth trying.

    Make sure they can ship quickly as they tend to be slow.

    Spark Fun Electronics is very good if they have them.
