If you are like me, you are tired of being stuck next to a car at a stop light or gas station thats stereo is blasting rap. Well I am going to start work on a transmitter to put bass mobiles out of the noise pollution business. As soon as I have a working prototype completed I will post a parts list and directions and code on how to make your own.

Hey Walice_drel,

Interesting idea. I saw something similar somewhere that generates a variety of infrared commands to turn off/on TVs in airports, public places, etc. Sorta a customized universal remote that cycles through all of the on/off infrared commands known to TVs. I can envision how this device worked, but how you are going to achieve your goal is entirely unknown to me. Those guys don't listen to FM, so you can't disturb the radio signals to get your result. How would this thing work? You got my curiosity!

I'm considering 3 ideas. 1) almost always bass mobiles have stereos with remotes so I could attack it from that angle, or. 2) If they are listening to am or fm I can use rf to do a variety of things. or 3) I would have to use a large power supply like a car battery. At the right freq and power I can transmit directly to them. Kind of like when a truckers cb comes threw on your radio. maybe transmit canned audio like "please give me a noise pollution ticket" or "Turn the radio down"..lol
