Gates makes belts up to 4" wide and 120" long they can be expensive but no more than some of the tracks I have seen The want a good price for the pullies that are gray iron. They have some Made out of aluminum 10" wide so you could cut to width. and drill the center hole. Check out thier web site. It looks to me like you will need close to 8' of track at a guess. I am tracking a powerchair and figure a 6' to 8' track I can adjust to the size.

That·might help your pinion angle if you had a lift on it.
You could probablly goto a track somewhere and talk to some crews about getting their broken belts , cause new they are kinda high.
