coupla boe bot ?s

first off I am pretty sure I shorted and ruined a infrared led ,touched a wisker with the anode,so I have a coupla tv remotes laying around we dont use so I took those out and nope dont work,anyone got a radio shack part number? second is how many servos can you control with basic stamp setup with boe-bot?

The BS2 has 16 I/O pins, so you could hook up 16 servos. Keeping them all coordinated and moving at the same time is a different story though.

You can purchase servo controllers that are, in turn, controlled by your basic Stamp. For example, Lynxmotion sells a servo controller for about $40 that allows you to hook up 32 servos.
