Please help find the mistake here?

I`m trying to use LCD MTC-S16202AFGHSAY and ATmega128. I wrote some functions to depict some characters. There is a problem, display shows me wrong symbols or set them in another position. For example, I want 'f' but there is 'd' or instead 'g' there is double 'dd'. I use 8 bit interface.
