· Where is this Counter weight located on the web site, and how much is it??

I think they might mean that you need to put extra (counter)weight on the BoE-Bot, otherwise it will just pull it's nose down instead of picking the load up.

The gang is correct here - there is no counterweight available from Parallax, hence "not included" instead of "sold separately" in the docs. I was assuming folks would use miscellaneous objects for counterweights as needed, such as a roll of coins or fishing weights.
