Flavor of Stamp

Ordered the SumoBot yesterday....
What flavor Stamp does it contain (2E I believe I read, not sure)
Is there an advantage to using a standard BOE and installing a different flavor (2p24 maybe)
Just getting started, don't know what I'm doing yet...

Thanks!

The SumoBot has a surface-mounted BASIC Stamp® 2 module buit into (or should I say "on to") the circuit board.

I happen to have a couple BOEs, was considering using them in place of the supplied board so I could swap out the brains....

Hmmm....is it even possible to use a BOE in a SumoBot? Hadn't thought of that....
Will the BS2 support having multiple pages? So I could select a different version of the program for different circumstances in competition?
    If it's only a BS2, I don't believe this is possible (darn)

I don't think that the boards are the same size.· The holes won't line up.

If it helps, I think "Mightor" was talking about this.
