Cannot sign-up for newsletter

Hi,

I tried a few times to sign-up, but always get an URL error:
The Parallax website said...

http://www.parallax.com/html_pages/resources/promo_email/newsletter.asp

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.

So I sent an email to the webmaster at parallax, and copied it to sales.

Then I get a reply email from the "Barracuda Spam Firewall" telling me my message is spam and has not been delivered!!

So my message still cannot reach you, and I am still not signed up for your newsletter.

Very frustrating... please help!

What browser were you using when trying to sign-up? I know I had problems with FireFox when I tried signing up, but IE Tab worked fine.

Tried changing the password I entered and now it works.

Maybe the first was too long or something... although only 11 chars using just a mixture of a-z and 0-9.

Perhaps the webmaster should add some validation with feedback, rather than the error page.

    Anyhow, resolved.
