Gerber file format .EFW ??

I just sent an eagle cad file to pcbcart, they sent back a gerber file in EFW format. I can't seem to open it with any of my gerber viewing programs. Since it is night time over there I don't expect a reply to my email yet. Anyone know how to view it?

Think Inside the box first and if that doesn't work..
Re-arrange what's inside the box then...
Think outside the BOX!
