    yeah I used a usb to rs232 port. I remember using the stamps debug port to receive the vb data though, but may programming doesn't show that, I think I had left it when I got 4 usb to rs232 cables that work on 1.1 and not 2.0, I was going to try to use the serin option but haven't yet.

    I was going to upload this code on someone else's post asking for something similar, but I chose not to cause the pbasic didn't look like the way I thought I left it.

    use the debugin option, you will have to close the debug window if you run the pbasic editor.
