PSC not working on VISTA!!!

Hi.
I tried to get Parallax Servo Controller to work on Vista without any success.
It works perfectly on XP Pro.
I have a HP laptop (DV9518TX) running Vista Home Premium and I can't get PSC to work on it.
I Installed PSCI v0.9h Beta and the USB driver (same as I did on my other laptop running XP Pro).
Once software is installed and PSC board is connected, it configures everything correctly.
I open the PSC interface and open COM port. When I try to Get Version it says: Version:...
On the laptop running XP, it gets the version info.
When·I change·values for the servo to move, the green led flashes on the PSC board which means that it is actually receiving data, but the servos don't move.
On the laptop running XP Pro, the servos move with out any problem.
Any help?
