Which version do you guys think would suit robotics applications best, RS232 or the one that uses 8 I/O as individual triggers, I want to use the sound chip for sensor feedback. How easy it it to use RS 232 with a BS2P40 or BS2P stamp by number? , Any example code would help.

The QV606m1 is in production now in three different memory sizes -
16, 32 and 64 Mbit.

If you do the interpretation in the Stamp and send RS232 commands
you could call up any one of 240 different sounds/phrases by number.
We also have a version that uses its eight I/O pins as individual
triggers, but then you're limited to just eight responses.

Thanks
Mike
