Any chance you'll publish a schematic we can put in the Cookbook?

    Ale,

the counter is not counting :-(

Will have a look tomorrow or later on

but the important thing is that my hardware is running stabil and not burning away.

It draws now 190mA and is powered via USB.

I make a 24hr onlinetest with this setup.

    Hi Franz,

My main computer is a iMac, but for PIC or Prop work I'm using a IBM ThinkPad PC.

Using the iMac, nothing shows except some text at left/top, no scrolling available, no graphics (that I've seen from forum image).

Using the ThinkPad, that URL won't even begin to load anything from the browser.

Several years ago when I tried to bring up a web site I noted the differences that different browsers don't seem to do things the same or correctly. Apparently these browsers weren't developed from the same specifications.

Just a note from another user.

The hardware works great, nothing burned down, yet.
    Its just great.

Franz is using the ethernet test / demo code that I wrote a few months ago. The code is at code.google.com/p/proptcp/ . Beware that the current version is licensed under the GPL v3 license, which does require you to release your source code if you distribute any hardware or binaries that utilize the code.
