FM frequency synthesis

I am new to Propeller chips, having migrated from high end pics..

I have noticed, by trawling through the posts, that it ispossible to generate RF directly.

I am having a go at sending audio from an MP3 player to a car radio.
What I am wanting to do is generate an RF carrier, at a frequency that I chose, between 88-108Mhz.

To complicate matters further, I want to modulate it +-75KHz deviation maximum, according to an analog input signal.

I am not bothered about stereo just yet.. I know how that works in RF baseband terms, but will have yo wait until my programming is more advanced, before trying it in software!!

REGARDS MRB...

    It is not that difficult:
You set up a timer (consult the Propeller AN0001) to mode 2 or 3, PLDIV to 000, and put modulation relevant data into FRQA
That's all - more or less...

there was a thread posted some time ago, i believe it was Beau S, or Paul Baker who made a RF "jammer" object that interfered with a toy RC car.

Thanks... I think that's a useful starting point
(I shall have a 'play', as time permits...)
