prop tool fonts looks wierd

its been a while, just redownloaded the prop tool ide, and now, when i bring in any file, the letters look wierd, some will be bunched together, others far apart.. is there a setting for the font used in the ide ?
please let me know, the spin files and such are unreadable.

    Go to your control panel, open the regional and language options dialog, click on Advanced and make sure the Language for non-Unicode programs is set to English (United States).

    yup , its set that way, what it looks like is that the spacing is off between the letters, some will have a large space, others are almost ontop of each other.

    kaio had the answer for me, quote.....

    please go to system control on your windows and open region and speech options. Then on tab languages take button details. Here add scheme for English (USA) and set this as default. Then start the Propeller tool and it should be work properly. After that you can switch back to your prefered scheme.
