ad converter-bs2e

I am new with ad converters I've got a 1-6 volt pressure tranducor and want to transfer the information to the bs2e I've been told to use an ad converter, I've read the data sheet about the A/D 0831 ad converter but can't seem to connect it and make it work with my project. Are there any locations I could read about how to hook it to my bs2e.
