SOLVED: Reasons why prop IDE won't install?

I'm re-installing the Propeller tool (latest version) on my system.
I had an install that corrupted, so I've remove it, but for some reason when I run the install, it extracts the msi,
but stops without running it.
Can someone give me a clue as what is happening.
Thanks

Basic problem with C:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe (0 bytes)
Replaced file, problem solved! Can't wait until Chip releases a prop that doesn't require a windoze IDE!
