When I was over I CircuitCellar's webpage to check out that article on the text adventure for the prop, I noticed another article of interest, "Graphical User Interfacing" (Using NSbasic to configure Palm devices for screen/controls for microprocessors.)
The entire rag, being only $5.00 to download, looks like an interesting solution to potential PropPDA builders.
A little Googling as well turned up the following link...
http://palmorb.sourceforge.net/index.html
(PalmOrb: Use your PalmOS PDA as a LCD status display using serial.
Has anyone else used either of these methods with success or have additional information?

The comments and code above are proof that a million monkeys with a million propeller chips *could* write Shakespeare!
