One comment, you should add STACKX to the device line.
Without STACKX the stack is only 2 levels deep, with it the stack is 8 levels deep.

I like those LEDs, PJ, can you tell me where you got them? I'm going to do a version of your project for my book, "Practical SX/B" -- you will, of course, get credit.
Update: I have to order some LEDs and build up the circuit, but I've tested the attached program and it seems to work (on my PDB) -- maybe you could run it on your hardware for me while my LEDs are in transit. Thanks.
Update2 -- found a problem in the first version; this one is correct. Sorry....
Thanks again PJ Allen. I thought it was only using RB and RC but had to ask incase there was a special layout or extra parts required. I will probably connect it up this weekend using one of my bi-color 8x8 LED matrix modules. (1 row).
