I am trying to make a connection between the parallax transmitter with PC. But the circuit is not offering in the website. Could anyone give some help with the MAX232 connection? I'd be really appreciate.
I found there are two products SureLink RF Module Sets (#30065) and QuickLink RF Demo Board (#30066) were offered by Parallax...But i couldnt find them everywhere..Could anyone tell me where i can buy these? thank u very much!
What distance are you wanting to communicate over? If it is short then the Embedded Blue modules would be a good way to do it. If the distances are longer then the 433mHz modules are good. I have used both.
The problem comes when you want two way communication as there are no comms buffers on the Stamp modules. So you have to be extremely careful in your timing.
All of the documentation is available on the website.
Good luck.

I believe that the SureLink RF Module Sets (#30065) and QuickLink RF Demo Board (#30066) have been discontinued for sale by Parallax.
You might want to try their new 900MHz transreceivers.
Just a thought.
