What are the plans for additional daughter boards for the MoBo Stamp-pe?··

Looks like a great form factor and I like the programable AVR offload engines.

Is there a date for the MoBo Prop?

Here's what's cookin':

• 7Seg-DB: Daisy-chainable (to 32 digits) 4-digit LED display. AVR does the work, including scrolling, intensity, etc. Uses OWOUT to write data to the display. Comes with a PC program for designing your own 7-segment fonts. Status: Design submitted to Parallax. Awaiting first articles from production.
  
• RS232-DB: RS232 interface, with RJ12 connector. Allows powering system from host if necessary. AVR software available for DirectNet protocol to allow interaction with AutomationDirect PLCs. Can also connect directly to (and be powered by) a BetaBrite display. Status: Design complete and documented, masked and screened protos built. Waiting to finish TSL1401-DB docs, so I can submit them together.
  
• TSL1401-DB: 128-pixel linescan camera module. Uses AVR for image capture/processing, or will work directly with BS2 by using the DB-Expander. Status: Design and masked/screened protos complete. Doing documentation. (It's gonna be a long one. There's lots to cover.)
  
• StrobeLED-DBM: LED strobe mezzanine board for TSL1401-DB and PropCAM-DB. Status: Board laid out but not proto'd yet.
  
• LightSYNC-DBM: Light sensor mezzanine board for syncing TSL1401-DB and PropCAM-DB to fluorescent lighting. Status: Board laid out but not proto'd yet.
  
• 4-20mA-DB: One isolated digital input, one isolated 4-20mA analog output, onboard isolated 24V-input DC-DC converter. Status: Board laid out, proto board and parts received, but not yet populated. Will likely require several iterations to get it right.
  
• 2I2O-DB: Two each isolated digital inputs and outputs. Onboard isolated 24V-input DC-DC converter. Status: In planning stages.
  
• Extrusion: Aluminum extrusion housing system, so you can make finished-looking products. Status: Design submitted. Getting bids from extruders.
  
• SX-Key Adapter: Permits programming the SX directly, permantly overwriting the BASIC interpreter. Status: One proto built. Needs a small design mod.

There's more, but this should be enough to whet your appetite.

As to the MoBoProp, I'm redoing the layout, trying to find room for a couple A/D converters, in lieu of doing A/D directly with the Prop.
