Question about .spin file from Object Exchange

Objects question
When I go to the object download area- I noticed that there are two types of files.
One type of download file is a Zip file but what is the other type of files?
The Zip files are explanatory and can be unziped and added to the SPIN Tool Progran
I don't derstand what the other files are and how to access them?

Those are single files and don't need to unzip.
