i try to create a simple board base on the example circuit on the manual.
it is an alternative serial port connection using some transistor and resistor to PC serial port.
i supply it using Dc power supply, but it didn't shown any current and i can't load the program.
it said no chip connected to com port.
anyone know what problem?
and anyone have try·it and work?

Its difficult to say without seeing the circuit - maybe if you posted some pictures it would help .. what I can say is that the circuit ,if correctly built, does work.
