how can i amplify voltage with my BS2 ?

Friends:

i want to read a pressure sensor with my BS2. the sensor is a transducer and its output is voltage (0 to 100 mV). i already know how to convert analog voltage to digital but the problem is that the output voltage of my sensor is in millivolt and i have to amplify it to 0-5 volt.
how can amplify the voltage so that i can convert it to digital signal?

Why don't you use a 12-bit adc with a 4 volt reference, so that you have a 1 milli-volt resolution.
