Serout-Serin Problem.....Probably me!

I am trying to use a Master and Slave Stamp setup. The master will receive Data and Display. The Slave is basically being used just for temperature Measurement. I know I have a problem with the attached Program as you can see that On Measure Temp In I am using Whole, Fraction and the Temp Measurement on Out is·H and L. What I am trying to do is identify and display each, but it does not work, both seem to change when displayed on serout to the temperature reading that has changed....In the Debug window works perfect....Any Help would be appreciated
PS: I have tried Different Baud Rates and Time delays

Got it!
Just moved the Serout to end of program works great
