Friends:

I'm looking for:

1. PCB-mounting holders for lithium CR2032 “coin” batteries, (for backup power to a time chip)
2. PCB-mounting holders for dual lithium CR123A batteries. (for powering a Stamp board via 2 series CR123A 3 volt batteries)

I haven't found them in the usual places like Digikey, maybe because my search terms arent the right ones??

Again many thanks amigos,

Migs

    Migs -

I suspect Keystone Electronics may have them. You can locate the products on their web site here:
    http://www.keyelco.com/

and you can also locate dealers who carry their products.

They're reasonably good with samples and fairly quick at returning email replies to questions or queries.

    Regards,

    Sid,
It looks like the 500K is for 12mm, 1066K is for 20mm.

Funny you should ask. These were in my mailbox Friday afternoon.

Edit: The pins on the left one are reasonably breadboard friendly and the vertical form factor doesn't take up much space . The right one has pins that are a bit too wide for breadboarding.
