MSRS Problem - Can't access Control Panel

Wondering if anyone has enough experience with using MSRS with the Boe-Bot yet to help me with this?

I was able to successfully connect to my Boe-Bot via bluetooth, however I am attempting to access the control panel (localhost:50000/controlpanel) and I am being prompted for a login window requesting user id/password...

I have my internet options for internal communications turned down and insured that login is not required through InternetExplorer's Internet Options>Security window...I tried to login to the 'controlpanel' and use my Windows login/password combo to no avail...I verified that my Windows firewall has been disabled for bluetooth...

I believe this is somewhere in the BASICStamp2.csproj or BSServices code somewhere and just don't know where to look...

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards,

Aaron Mitchell

I haven't seen this one before. Are you using MSRS (1.0)?

    Pat,
I have not seen this error?
1.Can you post a pic of your screen? I would like to know where this error occur's.
In another words:localhost is when you are typing in the machine field, right?

    2. You must completely remove MSRS 1.5 it sohuld not show up in the MSRS field when you select it !
    Hope this helps,
    Rob7

    Pat and Andy,

    I found something interesting !

I finally recieved my Visual Basic.NET in the mail.

I also loaded all my updates, witch included internet explorer 7.

I loaded it and tried to run MSRS, and "it did not work"!

The window you posted came up for me also.

I looked at your post and it looks like you are running internet explorer 7.

    I reloaded Internet explorer 6.

"MSRS now works for me." Again !!!

If you want to continue working with MicroSoft Robotics Studio, use internet explorer 6 or lower verizons.

    My version is 6.02900.2180.

Any version of 6 should work.
