Hi,

·· I intend to fix a GPS receiver (not from parallax) on my robot.

This GPS receiver can comunicate with my handphone via blue tooth and using a map software installed in my hand phone, i can know my position on the map.

My intention is to programme my boe bot to move from Point A to Point B (using GPS guidance).

How can i achieve that? I have a blue tooth module from parallax and a external GPS receiver mentioned above.

Help pls. Thks

not to discourage you but I think you need to look at the accuracy of the GPS module, I think most are around accurate to about 6-15ft. . that's quite a distance compared to the size of a Boe Bot. depending on you application that might not be sufficient for what you have in mind. really interesting concept tho.

I think you will first need to find out what data the GPS is sending to your phone data, and you'll have to "trick" you phone into thinking that your boe bot is the GPS, then have it relay the data from the GPS.

are you wanting to configure point A and B on the fly or preprogram them in and tell the bot to go?

    Good Luck
