Just bought a couple plastic enclosures and noticed there is one available that seems like it'd make a great case for the Hydra..· $10.84 on Mouser...· I'm going to purchase one and see how it goes in case anyone is interested, here's the datasheet.....· It's part number CM6-150 or Mouser# 616-71922-510-039

It's be nice to find a translucent case so the LEDs are visible.

I've been planning to cut a plexiglass case for jus that reason.

But with Sharpie's case, conceivably you could solder wires to all the LED's an the power and reset switch, and run them out to the front panel. The NES connectors as well. That would be slick.

I made a Hydra out of a proto board for my parents and encased it in some kind of tupperware container I purchased for $3.

We had a small family reunion to throw my grandmother a birthday party because she was turning 90 and had to fly out there. My fiance thought that that the TSA was going to blow it up because for some crazy reason she thought some electronics in a tupperware like container looks suspicious.

I've never been a fan of translucent cases. I like Dennis' idea.
