SPD/SI Component Source and Customer Service

I have been buying drive components from SPD/SI. Their web site is extremely easy to use and very helpful as it narrows the choices available as you make selections until you get to what you want. This is very helpful to a newbie like me.
However, that is not what I wanted to pass along. I ordered a couple of timing belts the other day. SPD/SI shipped all the correct paperwork, but the belts were the wrong ones. I sent a very simple e-mail to customer support on Saturday.
This afternoon, I received an e-mail from SPD/SI's customer service folks telling me the correct two belts would ship tomorrow. They did not ask for payment. They did not ask for me to return the incorrect belts. They apologized for their error.
I am going to keep buying stuff from SPD/SI.
