BS2 control of Kalatel Cyberdome PTZ (with Digiplex protocol)

Hi-
I am trying to control a Kalatel (now GE Security) Cyberdome PTZ dome with a BS2. I have a KTD-304 control box with a joystick, which works to control the camera motion, but the Zoom In/Out isn't smooth enough for my application.
These domes run on the 'Digiplex' protocol.
I have successfully used the BS2 to control VISCA (Sony) PTZ domes, but I haven't been able to find the command set for the Digiplex protocol.
Does anyone know what this command set is, or has anyone figured out how to control a Digiplex device with a BS2?
Thanks!
Chris

I'm not familiar with any of the equipment you mentioned, but if this is the same "Digiplex" protocal you're seeking, you may find this helpful - from QSL Magazine:

Thanks for your reply.
I don't think the article you mention is referring to the same 'digiplex' protocol.
The 'Digiplex' protocol I am trying to find is (apparently) a pretty proprietary serial operating protocol for PTZ and other CCTV equipment (multiplexers, etc) that were manufactured by Kalatel Engineering (which was bought out by GE Security a number of years ago). It's different from Pelco, or VISCA, or any of the more mainstream protocols, although functionally it works about the same.
I tried calling the manufacturer directly, but they are pretty tight with the info, and wanted me to buy an expensive service contract (which is not what I need....)
I just need a simple list of protocols...
Somebody out there must know something :) Any clever ideas? Um.....I have the controller that puts out 'Digiplex' output. Is there some way I could rig a Stamp to 'mine' the protocols---receive the output commands, and display them in an intelligible way?.....
No one has hacked around with these Cyberdome PTZ cameras? Wild speculations welcome :)

Can you send me a the code for the VISCA control you made? I am having trouble getting the stamp to communicate with the PTZ camera..
Thanks,
