I have tried searching the forums and Parallax site for any information on connecting to a flash drive and couldn't come up with much. I did, however, find this great device: apple.clickandbuild.com/cnb/shop/ftdichip?op=catalogue-products-null&prodCategoryID=54&title=VDRIVE Has anyone tried working with this. I have found references to the vinculum chips in the forums but nothing solid, like how to connect it to the prop start kit, or how to read and write files from the usb drive. It would be great if someone could figure out how to connect this to the propeller.

You may have a look in some weeks to see our progress with the Vinculum.
If we find enought interrested people we will order the PCB together.
I think the PCB will then cost around 10 Euro (15 $)
That looks very interesting - especially the Ethernet section! I would be very interested to see the propeller chip with network access.
