Difficulty Printing

I'm having unusual difficulty printing the PE Platform setup document.
It seems to be a sporadic font problem that occurs in repeatable places on most pages,
e.g page 6, the first line of the info box following 3.3v.,
then again on the line after the second check mark,
then on the next line following the word "regulator",
several places within the next ! box,
the line after the checkmark following that box,
and the line after the first checkmark following "Scocke the Propellor Chip",
and so forth throughout the document.
The alt. font seems to be random capital letters overlapping each other.
I was finally able to get a printout, but only by reinstalling Adobe Reader 8.1,
then printing one page at a time.· Even then, I had to restart Adobe for each page.
One page would come out clean, then the next would have a font problem.
The document looks OK on the screen, and I've printed other pdfs from Parallax successfully.
Is there a particular font that may be causing a conflct?

I have not seen this problem with this particular document before.· I will take a closer look, and try regenerating the pdf and posting it to this thread.·I apologize for the difficulty.
