adding a key board to the Propeller Ed Kit

Problem: how to modify either the·socket (from the Proto Board Accessory Kit) or the breadboard so that ground and p27 input don't interfere.

My first impulse was to saw a gap in the breadboard but after abject failure, I am hoping for better advice from been there/done that.

I suppose I could saw more, but that's a ugly solution that I am trying to avoid.

For something with such significant insertion force, I would never put it on a breadboard. I recommend going panel mount for these
and just use a male header and wires.
